According to the World Health Organisation- Mental Health is a state of Well-being in which the individual realises his or her own abilities, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively and fruitfully and is able to make a contribution to his/her own community.

Sometimes, like our physical health, our Mental Health can become unwell. How it is acknowledged and nurtured can have both ; direct and indirect, positive and negative impacts; affecting children, youths, adults, elderly; individuals, families; communities and businesses.

As a fully inclusive service, our projects strive to explore ways of reaching all members of society and provide access to opportunities whereby we can provide the tools to empower people so that they may thrive.

"Fulfilment in life isn't about "just surviving, its about thriving."

We can only expect to thrive, when we are experiencing wellbeing. The foundation of wellbeing, is the ability to balance resources and skills, with life's challenges.

Resources are you essential needs in order to thrive.                                                                     Skills are your capabilities that enable you to successfully meet life's challenges.       Challenges are situations you are faced with on a daily basis that demand you respond.

Strengthening Communities

Our projects are developed to empower our communities, enabling them to tackle poverty, inequality and social disadvantage on their own terms, in turn, supporting inclusive growth.                                                           Our projects are responsive, community-led, flexible and can adapt to existing and emerging community issues, circumstances and priorities. Our projects are aimed at  building capacity and strengthening communities by developing opportunities for enhanced engagement for groups who are more vulnerable and harder to reach. We respond to the needs of the people in our communities,  deliver community-led solutions that tackle priorities that matter most to communities; and/or develop local interventions which offer opportunities and pathways for social and community integration.
